There is countless opportunity to experience the surreal and stunning moments that our planet offers us every day. The problem seems to be that a lot of us don’t regularly stop to take these moments in. It’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life that we let these breathtaking events fade into the sands of time without pausing to take note.
There is a lot of information out there claiming that embracing nature and immersing ourselves in it can be therapeutic and help to reduce stress. I had the chance recently to witness a sunset from the peak of Whistler and it was impossible to be stressed up there. The great thing about this sort of stress release is that it happens twice a day. Slow down, take a moment and relax.
It was an dusk full of amazing colours and saturated skies. The mountain tops came alive glowing with golden glaciers and snowy peaks.
The sky exploded with colour, providing an incredible 360° show.
